Can you organise holidays for us as a group?
Yes, we can organise the ferries & hotels etc as long as we have a itinerary even if it is a brief one we can purpose build a holiday around your requirements.
What is your emergency procedure/accident procedure?
All vehicles/drivers have the required information in their emergency boxes on-board the coaches.
What payments do you accept?
We accept cheques, BACS, cash paid into the office or card payment over the phone.
Do your drivers have DBS checks?
Yes the drivers always have current DBS badges and their driving licences are checked quarterly by the office staff as per their permission.
Can we drink on the coach?
No, it is against the law for any drink to be on the coach.
When do you need payment? & Do you need a deposit?
Our deposits are minimum £50.00, however if it is a wedding party or stag party the deposit is increased to £100.00 which you will get back if the coach returns undamaged, tidy & the driver doesn't get any problems. & the invoice needs to be paid within 7 days of your trip date.
How does your wheelchair coach work?
It has a wheelchair accessible lift so the wheelchair users have the choice of staying in their wheelchairs or being transferred.
